OBJETIVO
Dar a conocer a los responsables del área legal y finanzas de la empresa sobre el impacto que tendrá en las empresas el COVID-19 en materia legal y como esta nueva manera de administrar nuestro negocio proporcionará retos y oportunidades a aplicar en nuestras compañías. Modificaciones a la LFT, LISR, LIVA, Ley del Seguro Social,Ley del Infonavit y Código Fiscal de la Federación
- Se prohíbe la subcontratación de personal.
- Se regula la subcontratación de servicios especializados distintos del objeto social y de la actividad económica preponderante de la empresa contratante.
- Quienes presten estos servicios, deberán registrarse ante la STPS e inscribirse al padrón público de empresas de subcontratación de servicios y obras especializados.
- Se prevé la responsabilidad solidaria en caso de incumplimiento.
- Se otorga un plazo de 3 meses para que los trabajadores subcontratados pasen a formar parte de la nómina del patrón real.
